You will be responsible for their planning, technical management, and execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and coordination with all involved parties. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your responsibilities will include: * Initial project planning and defining the required roles to carry it out. * Ongoing monitoring throughout the entire execution phase with clients/internal Viarium teams/partners/suppliers, controlling satisfaction levels and developing strategies to improve project development and prevent potential issues. * Planning and ensuring adherence to deadlines for assigned roles, optimizing teams, and resolving issues or conflicts arising from project pressures. * Compliance with procedures defined by the department, understanding company operations regarding communication and required reporting. * Identifying priorities and appropriately escalating incidents to the relevant manager for decision-making. * Managing multiple projects simultaneously without neglecting client needs, implementing strategies that ensure their successful progress. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and developing civil engineering projects. * Ability to lead complete projects, integrating technical management, client relations, and planning. * Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Availability to work on-site in Las Rozas. * Intermediate-level proficiency in AutoCAD and other project management tools. **What do we offer?** **** * Permanent contract. * Intensive working hours from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday (typically 08:00 to 15:00\). * Regular working hours for the rest of the year, Monday to Thursday (typically 08:30 to 18:00) and Fridays from 08:30 to 15:00\). * Possibility to flexibilize your schedule. * A set of measures supporting work-life balance for all employees. * Restaurant voucher.
