




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative staff to manage documentation and provide support to the site manager on projects, coordinating with suppliers and headquarters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of administrative and technical project documentation 2. Direct support and coordination with the site manager 3. Communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and headquarters We seek administrative personnel with diverse responsibilities, including detailed management of all project-related documentation—both administrative and technical. This includes delivery notes, work reports, certifications, and cost control. Additionally, direct support will be provided to the site manager, ensuring smooth and coordinated communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and headquarters. A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions is required, along with a disability certificate of 33% or higher. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00, and Fridays, 8:00–13:00. The required qualification is a Vocational Training (FP) qualification in the administrative field. Familiarity with software such as Navision and Nalanda, in addition to Microsoft Office, is considered an advantage.
