Support and follow-up for families in situations of dependency A home care company in Madrid is seeking a Social Worker to join its office team. A minimum of two years' experience and strong communication skills are required. Prior experience in the sector will be considered favorably. This is a full-time, split-shift position from Monday to Friday. The role offers professional development opportunities at the national level with an indefinite-term contract. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage comprehensive home care services (budgeting, staff selection, contracts, Social Security registrations and cancellations, accounting and invoicing, etc.) * Provide support and follow-up for families in situations of dependency, offering information and guidance regarding service management and the operation of the Madrid Community's Service Voucher. * Act as the liaison between families, service users, and the auxiliary team, managing incidents and ensuring appropriate service attention and coordination. * Conduct periodic monitoring of home care services. * Plan training and information activities related to occupational health and safety (PRL). * Monitor vacation schedules and absenteeism. * Oversee the distribution of uniforms and other materials provided at the workplace. * Manage daily attendance records for staff. Start Date: Immediate Salary: Up to €22,500.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
