The main responsibilities are as follows: \- Coordinate the kitchen station or section under your responsibility. \- Support, monitor, and implement the Head Chef’s requirements. \- Prepare dishes from your station and supervise their finishing and presentation. \- Supervise cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area assigned to your station, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in perfect condition. \- Coordinate the work of your team members, assigning tasks according to workload; assist in training your staff. \- Participate in inventory control, preservation, and storage of supplies. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS \- Professional culinary education. \- Experience in gastronomic restaurants and catering services. \- Proactivity, dynamism, leadership. \- Willingness to reside abroad. \- Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, results-oriented.
