You will be the person ensuring Innovamat succeeds in schools across Madrid and the Castillas, supporting teachers through their methodological transformation. But your work won’t stop there: you’ll leverage your deep, day-to-day classroom insights to identify where we can further grow. Your mission is to help current schools shine—and, thanks to your judgment and strategic vision, to steadily increase the number of schools joining our project. **Teach to convince; accompany to grow.** ##### **Your Day-to-Day at Innovamat** * **Classroom Support:** You’ll deliver pedagogical training, observe lessons, and provide personalized feedback to teachers so they fully realize the potential of our offering. * **Pedagogical Reference:** You’ll serve as the trusted contact for school leadership teams to ensure successful implementation of Innovamat and exponential improvement in students’ learning outcomes. * **Expansion Strategy:** You’ll actively participate in the New Business campaign. This won’t involve “cold calling”; instead, you’ll use your pedagogical authority to open doors and persuade new schools that change is possible. * **Account Management (KAM):** You’ll lead relationships with key schools, ensuring an excellent experience with us—from the first meeting through to full project consolidation. * **Bridge Between Worlds:** You’ll collaborate with the Didactics Expert team to execute classroom actions, and simultaneously with the Regional Manager to define how to achieve the region’s growth targets. * **Community & Events:** You’ll represent Innovamat at fairs and conferences, speaking directly with other education professionals about educational innovation. ##### **What We’re Looking for in You** * **Educational Vocation:** You hold a degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Pedagogy, or Teaching. You’re passionate about pedagogy and understand teachers’ challenges. * **Interest in Business:** You’re motivated by sales and commercial strategy. You understand that large-scale educational transformation requires reaching more schools—and achieving sustainability. * **Communication Skills:** You feel comfortable delivering training to 40 teachers, then immediately sitting down with a school leadership team to discuss a financial proposal. * **Autonomy and "Ownership":** You enjoy managing your own schedule, traveling across the region, and making decisions based on what you observe in classrooms. * **Startup Mindset:** Flexibility, speed, and eagerness to learn. You’re not seeking a routine job—you’re seeking a project to help build. * **Requirements:** Valid driver’s license (Category B) and availability to travel across Madrid and the Castillas.
