You will work on exciting projects with our clients, assuming the critical role of advising our clients on the quality of the software under test. Additionally, you will proactively advise our clients on how to accelerate and improve their QE\&A processes. * **Key Responsibilities** As a QA Manager, you will join large-scale national and international projects where the quality of organizations’ core business processes will be tested. You will act as a quality expert and guardian, leveraging your IT and business process knowledge. With a strong focus on Agile working models, you will promote the use of automation tools such as TOSCA, UFT, Worksoft or other market-leading tools, acting as a key liaison between clients, developers, and your Quality Engineering \& Assurance (QE\&A) teams. + Lead a QE\&A team responsible for performing integration testing on SAP—both manual and automated—from design through closure. + Lead the definition and implementation of advanced test automation solutions (functional and non-functional) and integrate them into continuous integration/delivery/deployment cycles. + Set the technical direction for QA teams under your supervision and lead the test automation team. + Monitor process metrics, prepare reports, manage dependencies, risks, and blockers until resolution. + Present reports to project stakeholders. + Review existing QA processes, recommend improvements, and define actions for implementation. + Provide expert support and training to team members. * **Job Requirements**Essential Skills: * \+ 10 years of QA professional experience and \+3 years in SAP automation. * \+ 5 years of successful experience as a QA Lead in the SAP domain. * Experience managing QA processes, risk analysis, resource planning, and project estimation. * Relevant experience in SAP environments: BW, BPC, CRM, SAC solutions/modules; solid understanding of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMap, etc.); experience using automation tools. * Strong communication and reporting capabilities. * Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent networking skills. * Focus on operational excellence, accountability, and results orientation. * Self-directed, independent, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environments. * Fluent spoken and written English. * Experience working in multicultural environments. **Nice to have skills:** * Experience in eCommerce and Retail. * Experience with Tosca or UFT. * Experience developing and maintaining a planning model that estimates the ROI of test automation, and tracking and reporting actual ROI. * Open to client travel as required. **The Cognizant community:** We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
