This role combines Service Delivery Management, DevOps maturity assessment, DORA metrics analysis, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic and international environment. Location: Madrid or Barcelona Work model: Hybrid (1–2 days onsite) Start date: ASAP Contract duration: 5 months **Responsibilities:** * Drive and facilitate collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams * Manage service delivery processes, workflows, and operational governance * Handle client communications, escalations, and incident management activities * Monitor and report service delivery KPIs and operational metrics * Assess DevOps maturity and analyze DORA metrics performance * Analyze Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, and MTTR * Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities * Promote DevOps best practices and collaboration between development and operations teams * Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring initiatives * Deliver dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational insights * Provide onboarding documentation and product catalog documentation * Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation strategies * Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives * Deliver training and awareness sessions on DevOps principles and DORA metrics **What we are looking for:** * Strong experience in Service Delivery Management * Proven experience managing client communications and escalations * Solid background in incident management processes * Expertise in DevOps methodologies and operational best practices * Strong knowledge of DORA metrics and DevOps performance analysis * Experience with KPI dashboards and reporting tools * Experience supporting CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring ecosystems * Strong analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and automation * Experience producing operational and BAU documentation * Experience in Cyber Defense or Security environments is a strong plus * Experience conducting DevOps maturity assessments is highly valued * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent English required We offer: Join us at the right time to make your mark in a fast\-growing organization Various missions and projects that will allow you to have a real impact on the company The ability to work autonomously and to drive new initiatives ✨ A career path adapted to your personality, both in terms of role and location A strong culture, based on sharing, respect, ambition, and team spirit The opportunity to manage teams and develop your area of expertise by leading one of our squads Develop your management and leadership skills, because, at Ekkiden, consultants look after the careers of other consultants.
