Position Summary: We are seeking a mini backhoe operator with experience in earthmoving and grading soil surfaces for projects at golf courses and sports facilities. Key Points: 1. Teamwork, responsibility, and proactive attitude We seek a professional with proven experience as a mini backhoe operator, specifically on equipment weighing between 3 and 15 tons. The position requires proficiency in earthmoving, as well as in trench excavation and backfilling. Precision grading of soil surfaces—both for shaping features and for surface drainage—will also be valued. Primary work locations include construction and renovation of golf courses and sports facilities. Availability to travel and reside outside Madrid during the execution of various projects is mandatory. Strong teamwork skills are expected, along with demonstrated responsibility and a proactive attitude on site. The contract is permanent, full-time, with an annual gross salary ranging from €24,000 to €30,000.
