Company dedicated to comprehensive maintenance of buildings and facilities is seeking a Maintenance Technician specialized in air conditioning for office maintenance located in Madrid. Main responsibilities will include: \-Commissioning, maintaining, repairing, and modifying various refrigeration and electrical installations. \-Installing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. \-Comprehensive maintenance of electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing installations. LOCATION: Madrid SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday. Depends on the office location. Generally from 08:00 to 17:00 with one hour for lunch. CONTRACT: Temporary with possibility of becoming permanent. SALARY: According to the Madrid Siderometallurgy agreement for First-Class Skilled Worker (22\.863,13 euros gross annually) **Minimum Requirements** \-Solid knowledge of electrical and climate systems, repairs, building maintenance, equipment and machinery maintenance, corrective and preventive actions. \-Vocational training in maintenance, air conditioning systems, electricity or related fields. \-Proficiency in Office software package. \-Minimum experience: 2 years in building maintenance. **Desired Requirements** \-Authorized installer license (electricity, gas, air conditioning). \-RITE Certification (Regulation of Thermal Installations). \-Specific professional licenses: low-voltage electrical installer, boiler operator, etc. \-PRL courses 20h or 60h specific to trade \+ 6h update; \-Familiarity with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), particularly GIM, will be valued positively. \-Building management control systems BMS Siemens, Trend, Honeywell.
