We are currently seeking a Technician for the NOVICOM program: Guidance and Advisory Services on Human Trafficking, based at our Head Office. Responsibilities: * Conducting awareness-raising and training activities. * Delivering workshops and presentations for professionals, educational institutions, companies, etc. * Designing training, awareness-raising, and technical support materials. * Preparing reports. * Conducting participatory actions and workshops with migrant individuals. * Conducting and transcribing interviews. * Conducting literature reviews. * Analyzing statistical data sources. * Participating in networks, conferences, etc. * Providing technical support upon identification of indicators of human trafficking. * Supporting internal and external case coordination, including liaison with key stakeholders. * Preparing, monitoring, and justifying evaluation and follow-up reports for programs; documentation preparation and organization. * Developing and monitoring other activities linked to the program.
