We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Sales Support Specialist** to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will actively support the end\-to\-end commercial process \- responding to client inquiries, preparing proposals and tender documentation, coordinating pricing with our international stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to accurate project planning, smooth client onboarding, and well\-informed business decisions across the organization. **What You Will Be Doing** * Manage incoming client inquiries via email and phone * Prepare proposals, presentations, and formal tender documents * Support cost calculations, budget alignment, and pricing structures * Coordinate with international BARE offices on pricing matters * Support contract preparation and ensure all follow\-up steps are completed * Provide Operations with full account start\-up documentation * Track project specific changes and assess financial implications * Generate essential reports for forecasting, analysis, and budgeting * Provide CRM and administrative support to the BD team * Join client meetings and contribute o event\-related tasks as needed Perform additional Business Development tasks as required * **Minimum Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Experience in Customer Experience research or Mystery Shopping is a plus * Prior Sales or Business Development experience is advantageous * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel Familiarity with CRM platforms * **Required Skills \& Competencies** * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Fluency in at least one additional European language * Strong understanding of consultancy services and industry dynamics * Ability to build strong internal stakeholder relationships * High attention to detail and accuracy Proactive, results\-driven mindset * **Desired Skills \& Competencies** * Strong time\-management and task\-prioritization abilities * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Creative problem\-solving approach * Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Alignment with BARE's values: diversity, respect, transparency, teamwork, excellence, intergity * **How Can You Apply:** Click on the link, follow the steps and you'll soon be contacted by us! *BARE International would like to store your CV in its Bamboo HR Hiring database for 2 years for the purpose to provide you opportunities in case of similar openings within the BARE Group.
