Job Summary: R&D Manager in Biomedical Research to manage national and European projects, coordinate participating entities, and conduct scientific-technical and financial monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of national and European R&D projects 2. Support in proposal preparation and funding search 3. Processing documentation with regulatory bodies (AEMPS) The University requires the incorporation of an R&D Manager in Biomedical Research. The position is funded by Next Generation EU European funds and initially entails part-time dedication until June, with potential extension to full-time and indefinite employment depending on funding availability. ##### **Main responsibilities will include:** * Comprehensive management of national and European R&D projects. * Administrative coordination of participating entities and addressing consortium needs. * Scientific-technical monitoring (milestone tracking, objective achievement, and schedule adherence). * Financial monitoring: budgets, invoicing, and justification. * Support in preparing new proposals and identifying funding opportunities. * Processing documentation with regulatory bodies (AEMPS). * Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD). * Organizing meetings, scientific events, and supporting communication and dissemination activities. ##### **Requirements:** * Higher Technician qualification in Project Management, Documentation and Health Administration or equivalent. * Experience in managing biomedical research projects, clinical trials, or hospital innovation initiatives. * Experience in processing documentation with AEMPS. * Experience in administrative and financial project management. * Knowledge of data protection regulations. * Good communication skills in Spanish and English. ##### **Preferred qualifications:** * Familiarity with regional, national (including ISCIII-FIS), and international funding calls. * Experience managing clinical trials in hospitals. * Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Quadrivium). * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Experience coordinating consortia, collaborating with industry, or establishing spin-offs.
