You will be part of Excelia’s Best Practices practice, which provides strategic advisory services based on insights and best practices to support executive decision-making across corporate functions. The team focuses on identifying disruptive ideas that impact performance and efficiency in areas such as Marketing and Sales, Finance, Technology and Innovation, and Human Capital. How will your work make an impact? As a Research Analyst, you will support the development of corporate best-practice reports by researching and analyzing information from secondary sources, publications, and industry reports—addressing strategic challenges raised by executives. Key responsibilities * Participate in research projects to develop best-practice reports. * Conduct functional and business research and diagnostics. * Analyze information from secondary sources, primarily in English. * Extract and synthesize relevant insights to support executive decision-making. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or Finance; or a bachelor’s degree in another field plus a postgraduate degree in ADE, Economics, or Finance. * Strong analytical and synthetic capabilities. * Advanced level of English. * Goal-oriented mindset. * General knowledge of corporate functions: Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Marketing, and Sales.
