**Job Description** **Position Objective**
This role supports the Network Development team in structured preparation for dealership acquisitions. The primary focus is on research, data preparation, and internal coordination; at this stage, it does not involve direct communication or negotiations with potential partners (those activities will follow later).
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1\. Document-based Research and Identification of Potential Partners**
* Conduct systematic document-based research to identify potential dealerships in target areas.
* Establish planning, supervise, and coordinate all tasks within your market.
* Analyze market information, competitive landscape, company data, and regional structures.
* Identify relevant contacts, especially decision-makers or senior management members.
* Document all researched data in established tools/templates.
**2\. Data Preparation and Qualification**
* Evaluate identified companies against defined criteria (e.g., size, location, portfolio, potential).
* Structurally generate longlists/shortlists.
* Prepare documentation for the acquisition team.
**3\. Administrative Support and Internal Coordination**
* Provide support during internal alignment phases across teams (e.g., sales, network development, leadership).
* Coordinate meetings, prepare decision-making documents, and track pending items.
* Maintain and update status lists and project summaries.
* Adhere to standards and procedures.
**4\. Documentation and Reporting**
* Execute the 5 project stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Sustainability, and Implementation.
* Ensure clear documentation of all research outcomes.
* Prepare regular progress reports.
* Support report preparation for managers, skip levels, and other stakeholders.
**Requirements** **Technical Requirements**
* Experience in research, data analysis, or administrative/back-office functions.
* Proficiency with digital tools (MS 365, CRM, research platforms).
* Ability to quickly understand and process complex information.
* Preferred: Basic knowledge of sales/network development processes.

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills for internal coordination.
* Team-oriented and reliable.
**Work Style and Reporting**
* This role works closely with you in Network Development.
* Regular reporting to you—and, when required, to the manager/skip level.
