




ECOCENTRO, a company with over 30 years of activity, is seeking a restaurant professional who will supervise the proper functioning of dining room service, ensuring excellent customer service, coordination of the waitstaff team, and correct execution of the restaurant's quality standards. **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the work of dining room staff (waiters, assistants). * Organize and assign shifts and daily tasks. * Attend to customers, ensuring professional, efficient, and friendly service. * Resolve incidents in the dining area and communicate suggestions or complaints to management. * Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow. * Monitor cleanliness, order, and proper presentation of the dining area. * Participate in team training and motivation. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Monitor stock of dining room supplies and place orders when necessary.
