CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS requires a KITCHEN ASSISTANT (25 hours/week) to work at one of our hotels in central MADRID. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including raw material receipt, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleanings as established in the designated cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues immediately. * Assist in menu and menu card implementation; monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided ingredients. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience as a cook. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results-oriented mindset. **WE OFFER:** * 25-hour weekly contract. * Competitive salary. * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.
