Main responsibilities include preparing ingredients such as vegetables, meat, and fish—performing washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning to streamline the chef's work. It will also be your responsibility to keep worktables, utensils, and equipment clean and disinfected throughout service, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Prior experience in a similar position is valued, though not mandatory. This position offers a temporary contract with a weekly schedule of 12 hours, distributed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 20:00 to 24:00, under the hospitality industry collective agreement.
