




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Kitchen Assistant to collaborate in the preparation and presentation of dishes, as well as in quality control and food preservation. Opportunity for growth within an expanding company CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS requires a KITCHEN ASSISTANT (25h) to work at one of our hotels in central MADRID. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleanings established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any incidents. * Assist in the execution of menus and meal plans · Monitor and ensure proper preservation and efficient utilization of provided products. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a cook. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, and results orientation.
