We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that reinforce national and international security. **Join our European Projects team!** As part of our positioning as a leading company in Defence and Simulation, we are seeking a **Systems Engineer for European Projects (Simulation)** to work in **Coslada**, under a **hybrid model**, participating in international R&D initiatives and EU-funded programs. **What will you do?** --------------- * Assume **technical leadership** of one or more *Work Packages (WP)* within European projects. * Prepare, coordinate and maintain **technical deliverables**, periodic reports and associated project documentation. * Actively contribute to drafting technical documentation and project monitoring documentation. * Provide technical coordination with internal teams and ensure consistency of contributions. * Participate in technical meetings with European partners, universities and research centers. * Support activities related to functional analysis, requirements and conceptual modeling. * Contribute to the proper technical execution of the project in accordance with defined objectives. * Participate in international travel associated with consortium meetings or technical reviews. **What are we looking for?** ------------------------ ✅ **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related STEM fields. ✅ **Minimum Experience:** Experience in systems engineering, simulation, systems architecture or complex technical projects. ✅ **Technical Knowledge:** * Fundamentals of simulation and training. * Concepts of complex systems, systems architecture or interoperability. * Basics of requirements analysis or functional modeling. * Familiarity with standards or protocols for simulator interconnection or MSaaS environments (desirable). * Basic knowledge of applied AI (desirable). ✅ **Desirable Functional Knowledge:** * Experience or familiarity with European projects (H2020, Horizon Europe, EDF). * Academic or applied research environments. * Interoperability in complex systems. * Systems integration or operational analysis. ✅ **Languages:** * High-level English required (technical and international environment). **What we offer you:** ------------------------ * **Stability and Future ✨:** Participation in strategic European projects. * **International Projection :** Collaboration with international consortia and partners. * **Impact :** Key role in the technical execution of R&D projects. * **Flexibility :** Hybrid work model. * **Career Plan :** Progression toward senior technical management or program coordination roles. * **Continuous Training :** Open University and Udemy for Business. * **Exclusive Benefits** and flexible compensation.
