At **GRUPO PROEDUCA** we are looking for a **Quality Surveyor** to join our team. **Position Objective** Collect, record and analyze information from individuals not interested in the university's programs or services through structured surveys and interviews, in order to support the evaluation and continuous improvement of processes, qualifications, or services offered. **What will you do?** * Conduct satisfaction, perception, or audit surveys according to established procedures. * Ensure the truthfulness, objectivity, and confidentiality of the information obtained. * Record data in designated digital formats or platforms. * Report promptly on incidents detected during survey administration. * Assist in tabulation, consolidation, and preliminary analysis of results. * Participate in the review and improvement of measurement instruments. * Meet coverage targets and defined deadlines. **What are we looking for?** * Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to connect clearly and empathetically with students. * University degree or higher vocational training. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in information gathering, customer service, and data collection activities. * Knowledge of digital survey tools and intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in quality assessment or customer satisfaction processes will be valued positively. **What do we offer?** Be part of a major international expansion project and integrate into a highly qualified team with an excellent working environment.
