MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Within the company's Maintenance Department, from the planning area, you will manage and organize maintenance activities for our aircraft fleet, ensuring safety, availability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Scheduling inspections, engine changes, and other work to be carried out in the maintenance line. * Coordinating with various departments involved in planning these activities, primarily production, logistics, and commercial areas, to ensure the availability of resources, tools, and aircraft. * Collaborating with the engineering department to carry out special tasks required on the fleet. * Coordinating with external parties for the execution of certain tasks. * Analyzing data to achieve continuous improvement in task scheduling and resource optimization (personnel, tools, aircraft). * Analyzing and optimizing the maintenance programs for the company’s different aircraft fleets. CONDITIONS: * ***Long-term replacement contract.*** * Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. * Workplace: Madrid Airport. * Flight tickets with our airline and partner companies to travel to all our destinations with your family and friends. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field. * At least 1 year of experience in aircraft maintenance. * Advanced level of English. * High proficiency in Office and PowerBI. * Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a positive mindset. * Experience in an airline environment is highly valued.
