Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a Talent department Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or similar fields Advanced level in Office suite Organized, proactive and problem-solving individual Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. High motivation, eagerness to learn and face new challenges Your responsibilities will include: Training: Coordinate and execute training activities included in the training plan together with the responsible persons from Clinical Operations. Record, archive and safeguard training documentation. Manage registrations, notifications and attendance for various training activities. Monitor compliance with the annual training plan and report participation and satisfaction indicators. Support management of the internal training platform, including user registrations, course assignments and progress tracking. Coordinate with external training providers. Manage FUNDAE subsidies, collect required documentation, input data and perform administrative follow-up. Identify new training needs. Follow the entire employee lifecycle throughout their time at the company (onboarding interviews, follow-ups, offboarding). Development: Monitor the development of employees through our internal evaluation programs.
