Position Summary: We are seeking a VP of People to lead global talent, develop strategic initiatives, and serve as a key human capital advisor to senior leadership at Cabify. Key Highlights: 1. Will you join the journey? **About the Role** We are looking for a **VP of People** with experience in fast-paced environments, strong impact capability, and a solid contribution to people teams and the company’s mission. ### **How Will You Help Us Achieve Our Mission?** * **Global Leadership:** Oversee talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention programs, training, and leadership development. * **Initiatives and Policies:** Develop programs that complement existing practices and foster consistency and dynamism across the organization. * **Strategic Advisory:** Serve as a strategic human capital advisor to senior leadership. * **Compensation and Benefits:** Oversee benefits plans to ensure cost efficiency and attractiveness for retaining top talent. * **Team Management:** Recruit and manage a high-performing team. * **HR Operations:** Manage all general HR activities (training, system administration, resource planning, organizational change management, etc.). * **Internal Collaboration:** Partner with experts from other areas (finance, legal, etc.) to optimize processes. * **Culture and Engagement:** Work with the leadership team to implement solutions that drive engagement, productivity, and culture. ### **What Are We Looking For?** * At least **15 years of experience** in People functions. * Prior experience in **digital/technology businesses**, within international HR environments. * A hands-on profile, unafraid of change and highly adaptable. * Action-oriented with high performance (*great performance*). * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse *stakeholders*. * High personal credibility and influence capability. * At least **10 years managing teams**, especially multinational, multidisciplinary, and remote ones. * Integrity and loyalty to the company’s vision and mission. * **Bonus:** Prior experience in hypergrowth startups. * Analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * **High level of English proficiency.** * Alignment with our principles. **Why Is Cabify Your Best Choice?** We’re a team full of dynamic and motivated people.
