Your Mission You will serve as the technical point of reference for physical security and systems (SES, CCTV, and PCI), leading a specialized team and ensuring all corporate environments operate under the highest standards of security, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. You will hold a key role with internal visibility, direct contact with the Security Directorate, and real influence over decision-making. What Will You Do Day-to-Day? Lead and coordinate the technical team responsible for security systems (Operations, SES, CCTV, and PCI). Ensure correct availability, operation, and maintenance of all corporate security systems. Guarantee compliance with current security regulations and legislation (SES, CCTV, PCI), as well as the company’s internal policies. Coordinate and supervise activities carried out by vendors and external companies (maintenance, installations, system upgrades, etc.). Analyze and propose technical and operational improvements to enhance security effectiveness and optimize resources. Conduct internal security audits across various facilities, identifying risks and vulnerabilities and defining action plans to mitigate them. Manage security incidents, coordinating response and follow-up until resolution. Prepare technical reports and periodic summaries for the Security Directorate. Monitor the budget associated with the department, controlling costs and proposing investments when necessary. **Desired Skills and Knowledge:** What We Seek: Proven experience (approx. 8 years) in technical security roles, managing SES, CCTV, and PCI systems. Advanced knowledge of corporate security and operations in large corporate facilities. Technical education in security (High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Training \+ specific technical training in security). Certification as Security Director and/or Certified Installer of Security Systems is desirable. Key competencies: Leadership and management of technical teams (1–5 people). Planning and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Decision-making ability in high-pressure environments and strong sense of responsibility.
