At BROSETA, we continue with our growth project, and therefore we are seeking to hire a ***Talent Acquisition Specialist*** for our Talent team at our Madrid office.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and HR-oriented individual with experience in talent acquisition and a passion for people management within a demanding, high-performance environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of recruitment processes for various professional profiles and internship programs.
* Posting and managing job openings across multiple channels and platforms.
* Resume screening and conducting telephone and in-person/virtual interviews.
* Coordinating and tracking the recruitment process with Partners, Department Heads, and various departments within the firm.
* Preparing reports and evaluating candidates.
* Defining talent search and attraction strategies, driving initiatives and proposals to continuously improve talent identification and management processes.
* Participating in employer branding projects and representing the firm at job fairs and strategic events for talent acquisition.
* Coordinating relationships and engagement with universities, business schools, and other academic institutions.
* Supporting onboarding programs for new hires.
* Actively participating in cross-departmental initiatives and plans, such as Career Development Plans, Performance Evaluations, Training Programs, Health Plans, etc.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Law, or related field (a Master’s degree in HR/people management is desirable).
* 2–5 years of prior professional experience in personnel recruitment.
* Experience in professional firms, consulting, or demanding corporate environments is desirable.
* Advanced level of English.
* Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proactive profile with a service orientation, results-driven mindset, and strong teamwork capabilities.
