Annual training plan and access to online platform **Description:** ---------------- At **Plenergy**, we operate automated fuel service stations, and we are currently undergoing rapid national and international expansion. We are now looking to hire a **Labor Relations Technician** to join our **HR team**, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations across all areas of the company, as well as managing and supporting disciplinary procedures throughout their entire process—including before relevant official bodies. **The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:** * Ensure accurate interpretation and application of current labor legislation within the company. * Draft and review labor-related legal documentation (employment contracts, amendments, leaves of absence, working hour reductions and adaptations, etc.). * Fully manage **disciplinary procedures**: warnings, penalties, dismissals, and failure to pass probationary periods. * Prepare for and attend **conciliation hearings, labor trials, and labor inspections**, coordinating with external advisors. * Manage documentation and communications with the **Legal Representation of Workers (LRW)**. * Prepare documentation related to **ERTEs (Temporary Employment Regulation Files), business transfers (subrogations), and substantial modifications to working conditions**. * Provide legal support and advice to managers and the HR department on labor relations matters. * Develop and deliver **internal training** on labor law and labor relations. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Law, Labor Relations, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Labor Relations roles, preferably within the Retail or Hydrocarbons sector. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll tools and human resource management systems. * Willingness to undertake occasional domestic travel. * Proactive, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills. **WE OFFER:** * Plenergy offers multiple pathways enabling your professional growth. * Professional development plans including mentoring, as well as opportunities to participate in corporate projects across various departments. * Indefinite-term contract. * An attractive compensation package. * Flexible working hours. * 100% on-site work mode. * Annual training plan, including access to the online Plenergy Academy platform—featuring diverse learning content and micro-learning modules that you can access anytime, anywhere, based entirely on your personal motivation. * Excellent, young, and dynamic work environment.
