We seek a candidate with experience in the operational management of insurance programs, surety bonds, and claims handling, who will help protect our projects and assets throughout their entire lifecycle. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with teams across Development, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Project Finance, as well as with brokers, insurers, and financial institutions. **What will be your responsibilities?** ---------------------------------- * Manage the procurement, renewal, and monitoring of corporate and project insurance programs, with particular focus on the U.S. market. * Support insurance requirements during various project phases: development, construction, financing, operation, and M\&A processes. * Manage construction policies (CAR/EAR and Builder's Risk), property damage, general liability, D\&O, transportation, cyber risks, automobile, and specific coverages for solar projects and energy storage systems (BESS). * Review insurance and surety requirements included in EPC, O\&M, financing, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and other commercial contracts. * Coordinate the issuance of certificates, renewals, expirations, and documentation associated with the insurance program. * Manage and monitor claims, coordinating claim handling with brokers, insurers, and internal departments. * Support financing and due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with lenders’ and investors’ requirements. * Monitor premiums, budgets, and underwriting capacity, contributing to continuous improvement of the function. **What do we expect from you?** ------------------------- * University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field. * **8 to 10 years of experience** in corporate insurance, project insurance, surety bonds, or claims management. * Experience managing insurance programs and coordinating relationships with brokers and insurers. * Knowledge of insurance applicable to infrastructure, energy, or construction projects. * Advanced level of English (mandatory), both spoken and written. * Organized profile with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. We will especially value * Experience in the U.S. insurance market. * Experience in renewable energy, solar projects, or energy storage systems (BESS).
