This is a strategic position to lead the company’s IT and OT cybersecurity efforts, with primary focus on protecting the Control Center, SCADA systems, power generation plants, and critical 24x7 operations — all within a context of increasing IT/OT convergence and associated regulatory requirements under NIS2\. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Define and lead the company’s global IT and OT cybersecurity strategy, aligning it with business needs, operational requirements, and the regulatory environment. * Lead and develop the corporate cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of focus, rigor, and effective response. * Design the cybersecurity governance, resilience, and risk management model, with an integrated perspective covering both corporate and industrial environments. * Protect critical operational assets, including: + Control Center + SCADA + Power generation plants + Industrial communications + Operational digital platforms * Collaborate closely with plant O\&M teams to ensure consistent implementation of security controls and a uniform incident response. * Define and implement secure IT/OT architectures, including: + IT/OT segmentation + Secure remote access + Industrial firewalls + PAM/IAM + SOC/SIEM + OT monitoring * Lead operational resilience and incident response programs, reinforcing continuity of critical 24x7 environments\. * Develop standards, procedures, and action frameworks aligned with NIS2, IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001\. * Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and remediation plans, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up. * Manage risks associated with integrators, OT vendors, and the supply chain. * Coordinate IT/OT monitoring, detection, and response capabilities. * Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior management, auditors, and external stakeholders. **Requirements**: * Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including relevant experience in OT/ICS environments, critical infrastructure, or complex industrial settings. * Proven, solid experience in OT/ICS/SCADA environments. * Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity programs at both corporate and operational levels. * Experience managing and developing technical cybersecurity teams. * In-depth knowledge of: + NIS2 + IEC 62443 + NIST + ISO 27001 + SOC/SIEM + Incident management + Operational resilience + IT/OT segmentation * Practical experience in: + 24x7 operations + Industrial environments + Critical infrastructure + IT/OT convergence * Ability to quickly establish credibility with senior management, operations, and technical teams. * Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and risk-focused profile. * Prior experience in the energy sector is not mandatory; however, relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, oil \& gas, transportation, or critical infrastructure sectors is required. * Advanced English proficiency.
