Participate in the organization and execution of corporate events CEU San Pablo University is seeking to incorporate a **Communication Technician** for the upcoming academic year 2026/2027 to carry out the following functions and responsibilities: * Collaborate in defining the University’s communication strategy and plan, as well as in executing campaigns and strategic projects. * Create, adapt, and disseminate content in diverse formats (text, photographs, audiovisuals, infographics, designs, presentations, banners, videos, and other deliverables) for external channels (press releases, website, media), internal channels (intranet, newsletters, official announcements, digital signage, screens, events, in-person meetings), and digital channels (institutional social media and posts by the Rector). * Manage and update relevant databases—such as the journalist database—to ensure effective media communication. * Support the planning, creation, and coordination of communication plans for campaigns and institutional initiatives, ensuring appropriate audience segmentation. * Collaborate in communicating and disseminating strategic projects and institutional updates across the entire organization. * Ensure proper application of the corporate visual identity and brand voice across all communication materials. * Participate in the organization, coordination, and execution of corporate events—both internal and external—providing operational and communication support. * Conduct departmental reporting for the Communications Department, evaluating and measuring the impact of implemented actions. * Actively contribute to cross-functional projects within the Communications team. **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field * A Master’s degree in Corporate Communication, Events, or Brand Image is desirable **Profile Requirements:** * Minimum of three to five years’ experience in similar positions * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Solid knowledge of photography and graphic design (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Genially, and other tools) * Familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms for intranet content management, email distribution tools (preferably Dynamics), and production of videos for digital signage (After Effects and Canva) for screen content management * Use of AI as a tool for developing communication plans and assets **Languages** English proficiency at C1 level
