Main responsibilities will include informing customers about product features such as ADSL, telephony, number portability, and fiber optics, as well as resolving customer inquiries to meet established targets. A temporary initial contract of three months is offered, with the possibility of extension and conversion to permanent employment. Working hours are 30 hours per week, distributed across rotating morning or afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday. Continuous professional training in the sector is provided. Availability for the aforementioned shifts and prior experience in sales or customer service are required. We seek dynamic, proactive individuals with knowledge of new technologies who reside in Gijón or its surrounding areas.
