Since 1967, L35 has delivered architecture, urban planning, and design projects across more than 40 countries. We participate in complex, large-scale projects—stadiums, retail developments, urban regeneration, transportation infrastructure—with a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and global approach (e.g., Santiago Bernabéu renovation, Roma Termini, among others).

**Your Responsibilities**

* **Representation and client service** at L35’s Sotogrande office: reception, initial contact, and basic qualification of client needs.
* **Business development support** within the local ecosystem (developers, asset managers, funds, hospitality, retail), identifying demand signals and conveying them to partners.
* **Internal scheduling and coordination:** organizing meetings between identified contacts and partners; preparing pre-meeting materials.
* **Events and networking:** joint L35 representation at forums and associations; **reporting** on identified opportunities.
**Autonomy Level**

* All commercial or strategic decisions require prior validation by partners.
* Your success lies in identifying, qualifying, and channeling opportunities—the closing process is led by management.
**Requirements**
--------------
* **5–10+ years** of experience in luxury and/or real estate/interior design representation (technical profiles who have transitioned into commercial/client-facing roles are highly valued).
* Knowledge of the developer landscape, property/funds sector, and hotel industry in Andalusia/Costa del Sol.
* **English C1–C2 (mandatory)**; additional languages are highly valued.
* **Availability for short-term travel**.
* **Personal vehicle required.**
