Proficiency in technical software: **AutoCAD**. Experience with **Midjourney** is desirable. Knowledge of budgeting, planning, measurements, tenders, feasibility studies, and technical and urban regulations is desirable. 1–3 years of experience in the construction sector—particularly in planning and executing design works—is desirable. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal departments is desirable.
