




Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Developer to drive business development for clubs, identify opportunities, build relationships, and expand the brand. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct market analysis and track trends We are looking for a **Business Developer** to conduct commercial visits, promotions, trade fairs, and promotional events within the **Teamsports** team in the Central-Southern region, specifically based in **Madrid**. A project launched approximately 8 years ago with the aim of directly managing all sports equipment and team kits for football clubs across the country; today, the team comprises 70 people internationally. **Objective** You will be responsible for driving business development for clubs within your assigned territory. This specialized role will focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding the brand’s presence in these exciting sports. You will work closely with sales and account development teams to achieve growth and customer satisfaction goals. **Your Responsibilities?** **Business Development:** * Identify and analyze business opportunities in alternative sports. * Establish strategic relationships with clubs, organizations, and key stakeholders in these sports. * Develop commercial strategies to expand Futbol Emotion’s presence in these segments. **Sales Team Support:** * Collaborate with Business Developers and Account Executives to boost sales. * Provide guidance, training, and specialized support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction. **Coordination with Area Manager and Regional Coordinator:** * Work closely with the Area Manager and Regional Coordinator of your region to contribute to strategy formulation and action planning. **Market Analysis and Trend Tracking:** * Conduct market analysis and track trends to identify opportunities and threats. * Propose strategies and product adaptations based on market needs. **Problem Solving:** * Proactively address challenges and issues arising during business expansion in exciting sports, collaborating with teams to find effective solutions. **What We Offer:** Permanent contract Fixed annual gross salary between €18,000 and €20,000 + 30% bonus Company car + expense card Flexible working hours Flexible hybrid work model (remote work / commercial visits / store located in Alcorcón) Employee discount starting from the first month applicable to all Sports Emotion brands and all companies within the **Tansley Group** ecosystem.
