**What are we looking for?**
We are seeking a person to join our Operations Team as a Warehouse and Operations Technician at our Madrid headquarters.
We are not merely seeking a warehouse operations profile, but rather an individual with experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail—someone who can grow within the operations area and progressively assume greater responsibilities.
**What will be your mission?**
* Order preparation and dispatch.
* Packaging and labeling of products for shipment.
* Inventory control, stock management, and warehouse organization using basic computer tools.
* Receiving goods, loading and unloading products.
* Technical product handling with special attention to detail and compliance with internal procedures.
* Support in weighing, preparation, and blending of fragrances following established instructions and protocols.
* Quality checks, quantity verification, item reference confirmation, and assessment of product condition.
* Daily coordination with the warehouse manager to ensure smooth operational functioning.
* Progressive learning of internal processes to temporarily assume the warehouse manager’s duties during short-term absences (e.g., vacations, sick leave).
* Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the workplace.
**What are the requirements?**
* Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, production, or similar operational environments.
* Basic computer skills (email, Excel, or stock management tools).
* Ability to perform basic calculations accurately (weighing, quantities, simple conversions).
* Experience or aptitude for precisely following technical procedures.
* Organized, solution-oriented, and proactive individual.
* Dynamism, commitment, and capacity for learning.
* Minimum qualification: Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio).
* Experience in cosmetics, fragrances, laboratories, food, or technical product handling is desirable.
* Experience in stock control, traceability, or reference management is desirable.
