




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager specializing in preparing technical quantum expert reports for international arbitrations related to infrastructure and energy projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead quantum expert reports in international arbitrations. 2. Participate in arbitral hearings as an expert witness, including testimony verification. 3. International experience in LATAM and European projects. We seek a Senior Manager with proven experience in preparing technical quantum expert reports for arbitrations involving infrastructure and power generation projects. The candidate must have at least 8 years of progressive experience in contract administration, management of large-scale construction projects, preparation of expert reports, and active participation in international arbitrations—including testimony verification during hearings. Demonstrable international experience is required, ideally in projects undertaken in LATAM and Europe. **Navigating Responsibilities:** * Lead the preparation of quantum expert reports for international arbitration proceedings. * Participate in arbitral hearings as an expert witness, including verification of reports before tribunals. * Oversee all aspects of expert report preparation for infrastructure and power generation projects. * In-depth knowledge of contract management, including claims, disputes, budget tracking, and technical compliance. * Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve disputes. * Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, including signatories such as law firms, contractors, funds, and public authorities. * Ensure compliance with project documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirements. * Experience traveling for professional purposes. Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure achievement of project objectives. * **The Ideal Candidate** **:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering or related field (mandatory); postgraduate studies in arbitration, project management, or finance highly desirable. * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction project management and arbitration for infrastructure and energy projects. * Proven experience in preparing expert reports and participating in international arbitrations. * International experience mandatory, ideally in projects undertaken in LATAM and Europe. * Strong expertise in risk management, claims handling, and dispute resolution. * Advanced skills in drafting formal communications, technical reports, and legal documentation. * Native Spanish speaker; advanced command of English (spoken and written). * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments. * Experience collaborating with law firms and technical experts in arbitral proceedings. \#LI\-DNI
