About the Role Would you like to join our team and participate in a national retail-sector project, where you will be responsible for leading the quality and testing strategy across one or more specific domains? What will your role be?* Define the QA strategy and prioritize quality needs across the organization. * Coordinate functional, integration, and automated testing, as well as defect management. * Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements alignment and report on quality status. * Drive continuous improvement, automation, and agile QA practices. * Manage resources, training, and support QA implementation in new areas or projects. Your Profile To thrive in this position, you should have: * Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role (minimum 4 years in QA leadership positions). * Experience defining testing strategies and managing quality roadmaps. * Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g., Jira, X-Ray, etc.). * Experience in test automation and QA process improvement.
