As a **BMS Project Manager** (Building Management System), you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing building management system projects—coordinating tasks and teams, and ensuring buildings under our management achieve maximum efficiency and sustainability. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Plan, coordinate, and lead building management system projects from the design phase through implementation * Ensure adherence to timelines, cost control, and resource optimization at each project stage * Adapt and harmonize existing building systems * Validate system outputs (data quality) * Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction of their expectations, manage additional requirements, and support them in analyzing and understanding key data and metrics * Identify optimization opportunities * Collaborate with various departments—including sales and operations—to implement solutions aligned with identified opportunities **What Profile Are We Looking For?** Industrial Engineering or equivalent higher education in HVAC or related fields Minimum 3 years’ experience managing BMS, HVAC, or similar sector projects Knowledge of automation systems, including communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX) Knowledge of and proficiency in AutoCAD High level of English will be valued If you are organized, analytically minded, and possess strong management, communication, and proactive skills—this is the place for you!
