CI/CD Pipeline Support Engineer Pipeline Support Engineer (CI/CD Test Automation) **Location:** Madrid **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Language:** Advanced English (C1 — 100% English work environment) **Experience:** +5 years About the Role The Engineering Pipelines Support Team is responsible for ensuring our CI/CD pipelines operate at peak performance with minimal downtime. As a Pipeline Support Engineer, you will play a key role in pipeline stability, optimization, and efficiency: analyzing test failures, resolving build incidents, managing container-based infrastructure, and ensuring clear communication of pipeline status to various stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with engineering, automation, and product teams, adopting a strategic approach centered on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Daily Analyze failures in automated test suites and resolve CI/CD incidents. Diagnose and resolve issues in builds, pipelines, and execution environments. Manage and optimize container infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes). Monitor system health using observability tools and proactively respond to alerts. Automate operational tasks to reduce friction and resolution time. Identify improvements in processes, tooling, and pipeline architecture. Communicate pipeline status and relevant changes to technical stakeholders. Mandatory Requirements +5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, SDET, QE, or similar roles. Solid understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle. Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (TeamCity, Jenkins, or similar). Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, XCTest). Proficiency in Python and/or Bash. Strong Git expertise (GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar). Experience with object-oriented programming. **Container Management:** Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Advanced English (C1) in a fully international environment. Nice-to-Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience. Cloud experience (AWS, GCP). iOS development knowledge (Swift / Objective-C). Familiarity with observability and metrics tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
