### **Description** We require an Engineering Technician to manage maintenance contracts for facilities in Madrid. COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of COMSA Corporación, carrying out comprehensive and specialized maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and industrial facilities. The main responsibility is to control and organize the proper functioning of comprehensive facility maintenance to fully satisfy the client: * In general, tasks typical of maintenance execution in meters: selection of equipment and materials, measurement reports, etc. * Supervision and review of technical documentation for projects / repairs, preparing technical reports. * Preparation and/or supervision of technical data sheets for products and equipment to ensure correct selection of materials and equipment. * Advising Project and Contract Managers on technical aspects related to contractual requirements. * Defining the scope of work and contracting external experts and specialists when their support is required. * Coordination and supervision of on-site work. * Management of permits and rooms. * Ensuring compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations.
