At Capgemini Engineering, we are looking for a **Pharma Maintenance Engineer** to join one of our projects in the **Pharma** sector. **What will you do on the project?** * Review **P&IDs, data sheets, and equipment lists** from a maintainability perspective. * Evaluate **2D/3D layouts**, ensuring safe access, lifting, and replacement of equipment. * Define **maintenance strategies** (preventive/predictive) and reliability criteria. * Participate in the **technical selection of equipment**, considering service life and spare parts. * Identify operational and maintenance risks during early design phases. * Collaborate with process, HVAC, utilities, mechanical, and automation disciplines to integrate maintenance criteria. * Prepare initial documentation: **FMEA/FMECA, initial spare parts lists, preventive maintenance plans.** * Interact with **manufacturers** to validate access, spare parts, and installation requirements. * Provide ad-hoc technical support during **FAT/SAT** from an operations and maintenance perspective. Job Description – Grade Specific**Requirements** * Minimum 4 years’ experience in industrial maintenance within Pharma/Biotech or other regulated sectors. * Reliability and maintainability criteria applied to **HVAC, utilities, and process equipment**. * Experience with **FMEA**, critical spare parts, and preventive/predictive maintenance. * Knowledge of **GMP**, mechanical integrity, and hygienic design. * **English B2** We value all applications.
