




Job Summary: We are looking for a versatile Junior Electromechanic for industrial maintenance in a dynamic environment, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on various types of machinery. Maintenance of diverse industrial machinery We are seeking a Junior Electromechanic eager to begin a career in industrial maintenance. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, continuously expanding environment, this position in Leganés may be ideal for you. Daily responsibilities include maintenance activities—both preventive (to avoid breakdowns) and corrective (to address failures)—on all kinds of industrial machinery. Think conveyor sorting belts, packaging systems, conveyors, and loading/unloading equipment. You must be able to identify and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will also be responsible for assembling equipment, commissioning it, and supporting production staff. You will inspect package-reading systems and maintain records of all your work, proposing suggestions to improve overall efficiency. The full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Shifts are rotating: one runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the other from 4:00 p.m. to approximately 1:30 a.m. Additionally, you will work approximately 4 hours each month on a Saturday and a Sunday, with corresponding legally mandated rest periods. * Minimum 6 months’ prior experience in industrial maintenance roles. * Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and automation. * Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * We seek a versatile candidate. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * Education in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
