Responsibilities \- Providing project and service support to internal clients by managing requests, changes, and incidents, and monitoring service delivery. * Reviewing and monitoring KPIs to ensure objective achievement. * Coordinating the technical team and assigning tasks. * Designing customer connectivity solutions, including provisioning of physical and logical infrastructure, as well as developing implementation projects. * Identifying issues at the network access layer and developing improvement plans. * Responsibility for network documentation related to the access layer and its relationship with the core network. * Preparing reports and statistics on network parameters affecting this layer. * Managing equipment logistics. * Designing and implementing new connectivity models.
