Job Summary: We are seeking a CPQ Pricing Lead to lead end-to-end CPQ solution design and pricing strategy, coordinate technical teams, and oversee project quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a CPQ Pricing Lead, working in a remote or hybrid model—some days from home and others from the office (Madrid)—enabling you to build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid work authorization in Spain are mandatory. Responsibilities: * Lead end\-to\-end CPQ solution design and pricing strategy. * Coordinate technical teams in implementation projects. * Define integration architectures in CPQ environments. * Oversee project quality, deliverables, and client communication. Accountabilities: * Define and lead functional and technical design for the pricing stream. * Manage technical and functional teams in CPQ projects. * Design pricing strategies and margin optimization approaches. * Define integration scope within complex architectures. Essential Requirements: * Minimum 10 years of experience with CPQ solutions (PROS, Conga, or others). * Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams. * Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing strategy and margin optimization. * Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and integration design. * English C1/C2\. * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. Desirable Requirements: * Cross-sector experience in transformation projects. * Experience in RFP processes or pre-sales.
