Job Description
Ilerwork is seeking a Construction Site Manager to join the permanent staff of a leading company in the construction and engineering sector based in Madrid. The company provides specialized services for partial and full renovations of residential buildings, offices, and all types of commercial premises, as well as the construction of single-family homes. We are looking for an experienced, proactive, autonomous, and leadership-capable Construction Site Manager.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and required quality standards.
Manage work teams.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the contractor’s management.
Resolve technical and logistical issues on site.
Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in construction; prior experience in building projects is not mandatory.
Knowledge of end-to-end construction project management for sites or single-family homes.
Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
Advanced knowledge of masonry (rough brick / exposed brick / cavity wall, ventilated façade, SATE monocouche, screeding, plastering, etc.).
Knowledge of electricity and plumbing.
Advanced knowledge of plasterboard (drywall).
Experience in layout and setting-out from architectural drawings.
Intermediate knowledge of end-to-end works involving foundation structures and sanitation systems.
Experience managing employees and subcontractors (at monitoring level).
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Occupational Risk Prevention Certification (PRL): 60 hours and 20 hours.
Valid driver’s license.
