Experience in projects using Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc). Strong communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience working with cross-functional areas of the company (Legal, Compliance, Product) to translate their needs or specifications into functional product requirements. * Experience in effective communication with digital stakeholders: It is important that the candidate has experience maintaining fluent and transparent communication with all digital stakeholders, including customers, development teams, financial teams, and regulators, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements, expectations, and digital project progress. * Technical experience collaborating with developers and APIs, understanding cloud architecture and data modeling: We value experience working closely with development teams, understanding technical project requirements, and collaborating on API and system integrations to ensure functionality and interoperability of the digital product within the lending context, as well as the ability to understand and contribute to the design of cloud architectures and data modeling to optimize product performance and scalability.
