### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking for ***a senior AI engineer*** with proven experience in **classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI** (LLMs, RAG, agents). The ideal candidate is a leader with project and people management skills, communication abilities, and risk management expertise. **Designs end\-to\-end AI architectures,** takes prototypes to production, and aligns technical solutions with productivity and ROI goals for national and international clients, ensuring secure, end\-to\-end AI. **Responsibilities:** * Managing internal demand for AI initiatives / prioritization / execution / ROI \- * Focus on company productivity through the development of AI initiatives that accelerate deep digitalization in AI. * Facilitator in the corporate AI Culture and Talent program * PMO for organizational and technical AI governance * Design and implement hybrid architectures: ML/DL \+ LLMs \+ RAG \+ multi\-agent systems. * Lead the development and deployment of intelligent agents (memory, planning, multi\-agent orchestration). * Build robust data pipelines: ingestion, feature engineering, embeddings, versioning, and monitoring. * Integrate and coordinate vector stores, embeddings, and RAG pipelines (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS/Chroma). * Ensure quality: security, privacy, Responsible AI, latency, and enterprise scalability. * Work with teams and departments across the company, including international ones, in product and business areas to turn productivity objectives into measurable deliverables. * Mentor junior talent and represent the AI practice in internal and external initiatives (clients, conferences, open source). ### **Minimum Requirements** * 8\+ years in AI/ML\-DL or software engineering with client\-oriented projects. * 2\+ years in Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG). * 1\+ year in designing/deploying agentic or multi\-agent systems. * Strong interpersonal, cross\-functional management, CCMM, and PMO skills.
