




Position Summary: We are seeking a traffic and logistics administrator to manage national and international routes, coordinate pickups, supervise vehicles, resolve incidents, and collaborate with various departments. Close collaboration with key departments (warehouse, customs) In Parets del Vallès, an administrative profile is required for traffic and logistics management. Main responsibilities include administration and operation of both national and international transportation routes within Europe. This includes coordinating pickups, supervising vehicle availability, and updating transportation management systems to monitor timelines and costs. The position also involves real-time incident resolution and communication with customers and suppliers. Close collaboration will be maintained with warehouse, customs, and customer service departments to ensure efficient operational flow. A six-month temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of direct incorporation into the company. Remuneration ranges between €27,000 and €28,000 gross per year, plus a weekly allowance for on-call telephone duties and email supervision. Working hours are flexible, with rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., communicated in advance. Vocational training qualifications in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or Operational Administration are valued, as well as English level B2 and prior experience in logistics management.
