Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Energy Coordinator to manage and support regional managers, ensuring energy efficiency and optimal facility operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and management of maintenance and energy across multiple zones. 2. Implementation of energy efficiency measures and continuous improvement. 3. Development and implementation of maintenance policy and strategy. If selected, your mission will be to coordinate, manage, and support the Maintenance and Energy Managers of the Life Zones within your territory, delivering agile responses and direct oversight of maintenance activities through your responsibilities and deep knowledge of our facilities and their management. You will be responsible for the energy consumption of stores within your territory, participating in the definition and continuous improvement of the Energy Management Program, and supervising/controlling its implementation in existing and new centers under your responsibility to achieve objectives set by Management. On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will include: * Coordinating and updating energy audits and Baseline Reports according to the established schedule. Identifying and implementing energy efficiency measures. Monitoring and analyzing energy consumption and equipment performance. * Detecting non-conformities and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborating on the implementation and improvement of the ISO 50001 system. * Defining, analyzing, and reporting energy indicators (ARI Report). * Ensuring follow-up of maintenance team training. * Supervising technical analysis of buildings and equipment and defining action plans (technical debt). * Ensuring GMAO updates and proper asset management. * Preparing regulatory and high-cost corrective technical specifications and managing tenders with DAI. * Controlling maintenance expenditure (preventive, corrective, and technical-legal) and validating relevant budgets. * Developing and monitoring maintenance KPIs and response times. * Supervising technical-legal inspections and maintenance contractor interventions. * Reviewing economically significant supplier valuations. * Coordinating and providing technical support to Maintenance and Energy Managers. * Participating in technical selection processes and supporting integration of new team members. * Developing and implementing maintenance policy and strategy. * Preparing incident and claims reports. * Participating in commissioning of new centers, renovations, or equipment replacements. * Reviewing and optimizing methods and procedures under a continuous improvement approach. * Ensuring safe operation of service stations. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people—and if you have: * Technical Industrial Engineering degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification. * Technical training in installations, especially refrigeration, HVAC, and electricity. * Experience in a similar role within the maintenance and facilities sector or energy management sector. Internal candidates currently serving as Maintenance Manager or Energy Manager will be prioritized. * Intermediate level English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in Windows and Office environments, Google Workspace, and GMAO systems. * Residence in Madrid and willingness to travel.
