Your responsibilities will include: * Identify, evaluate, and lead negotiations with transport companies and logistics operators (3PL/4PL). * Operate with full autonomy to finalize freight, route, and auxiliary service agreements, ensuring best-in-market conditions. * Conduct thorough analysis of transportation cost structures (fuel, tolls, transit times). * Apply critical thinking to propose cost-saving models or more efficient alternative routes. * Make data-driven decisions for contract awards and renewals. * Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers and international partners. * Execute active sourcing to expand the international carrier network, including participation in sector trade fairs and global logistics platforms to secure cargo capacity in constrained markets. * Act as a strategic liaison between Operations, Sales, and Finance, translating business needs into technically sound and efficient logistics requirements. * Lead tendering processes, ensuring transparency and traceability for each award in compliance with company standards. What we are looking for: A candidate with strong negotiation skills and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience. * "Cost-killing" negotiation skills. * Advanced English proficiency (C1\). * Advanced Excel and SAP skills. * Teamwork and cross-departmental relational capabilities. * Conflict management skills. * Leadership, initiative, and decision-making autonomy.
