Maintains inventory and ensures product availability Job Posting Title Logistics Specialist The challenge At Haier Spain, we are looking for an International Logistics Specialist to comprehensively manage the company’s international logistics operations, coordinating the flow of goods from our factories in Europe and China to final distribution points. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal product availability to meet the company’s business objectives. Location: Barcelona What you will do Responsibilities Import and international transit management: * Conduct thorough tracking of import containers from origin to destination port * Coordinate with shipping lines and manage customs clearance of goods * Issue and manage required customs documentation for imports * Prioritize and plan merchandise arrivals according to commercial needs * Coordinate direct deliveries from factories when necessary Stock control and replenishment: * Maintain accurate and reconciled inventory records in the system * Ensure appropriate stock levels to meet sales targets * Proactively report merchandise availability to the commercial team Operational coordination: * Manage relationships with land carriers and monitor their operations * Coordinate container and truck unloading with the warehouse * Manage weekly exports to the Canary Islands, including all required documentation * Process and manage international freight invoices What you need to succeed Profile: * Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Logistics, International Trade, or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in international logistics roles * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) * SAP knowledge * High-level spoken and written English (mandatory) * Knowledge of customs procedures and foreign trade documentation Personal competencies: * Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments * Proactivity and results orientation * Communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders * Analytical ability and attention to detail Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
